1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing the AI System Admin website (aisystemadmin.com), purchasing products, downloading, installing, or using any of our WordPress plugins (AI-System-Admin, Awesome-Abilities, Site-Abilities, or related software), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access the website and do not use the software.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and AI System Admin (“we,” “us,” “our”), operated by Joe Campbell.
2. WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

AI System Admin is an e-commerce platform offering WordPress plugins and AI-related services.
Account Registration
You agree that:
– You may need an account to purchase products
– You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials
– Registration information must be accurate
– You must be at least 18 years old
– No more than one account without permission
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
– Use the site unlawfully
– Attempt unauthorized access
– Interfere with operations
– Scrape, crawl, or mine data
– Upload malware
– Impersonate others
– Violate applicable laws

– One-hour consultation
– Ongoing support
– Requires Claude or Anthropic API credits
Service Timeline
– Initial service within 30 days
– Full installation on production within ~60 days
– Consultation within 60 days after purchase
Support
– Up to 2 hours extra support per year
– Rules subject to change by AISystemAdmin
5. AWESOME-ABILITIES PLUGIN TERMS
Plugin Description
Awesome-Abilities registers and lists abilities for the WordPress Abilities API.

– Pending licensing via WordPress.org
– Intended for live production environments
6. SITE-ABILITIES PLUGIN TERMS
Plugin Description
Site-Abilities allows developers to create and register abilities for the WordPress Abilities API.

Licensing & Activation
– License key issued upon purchase

7. ABILITIES API FRAMEWORK TERMS
The Abilities API Framework is an evolving WordPress architecture.
Developer Responsibilities
– You are responsible for code you write
– Follow WordPress/PHP best practices
– No malicious abilities
Experimental Features
– Subject to change without notice
Compatibility
– May require updates for WordPress/PHP/MCP compatibility
Limitations of Use
You may NOT use the framework to:
– Bypass WordPress security
– Exceed granted permissions
– Violate laws
8. LICENSE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Ownership
All plugins, documentation, and trademarks belong to AI System Admin (Joe Campbell) and licensors.
License Grant
Under GPLv2 you receive a:
– Revocable
– Non-exclusive
– Non-transferable
license to use the plugins.
Restrictions
You may NOT:
– Reverse engineer
– Redistribute or sublicense
– Remove attribution
– Build competing products
User Content
Custom abilities you create remain your property.
Feedback
Providing feedback grants us a perpetual royalty-free license to use it.
9. PURCHASES, PAYMENTS, AND REFUNDS
– Payments handled by Stripe, PayPal, etc.
– We do not store credit card data

Delivered by email upon purchase.
Refunds
– Digital products: 30 days
– Services: case-by-case
Renewals
– May recur annually
– Nonrefundable if not cancelled beforehand

12. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
– Use software lawfully
– Protect your API keys
– Maintain backups
– Review logs

You agree NOT to:
– Bypass licensing
– Use in high-risk environments
– Introduce malicious code
13. SECURITY AND ACCESS CONTROL

Our liability will not exceed the amount you paid.
High-Risk Use
Not for safety-critical systems.
15. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend:

Termination does not remove:
– Financial obligations
– Rights under these Terms
Users may terminate by discontinuing use.
16. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS

17. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Governing Law

Dispute Resolution
Binding arbitration (except small claims).
Severability
Invalid portions do not affect remainder.
Entire Agreement

No Waiver
Non-enforcement is not a waiver.
Assignment
You may not assign rights; we may assign ours.
